Our products are digital software services that are made immediately available upon purchase. Because access to the software, its features, and its underlying infrastructure is granted instantly and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been processed.

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a valid charge is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a fraudulent chargeback and to pursue recovery through lawful means.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software products and services provided by NOKTA DIJITAL LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 17041777), with its registered office at Office 17446, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA.
By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We provide digital software products on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. Access is granted upon successful payment and continues for the duration of the agreed subscription period.
You agree not to use our software to: violate any applicable law; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or extract data in bulk without written permission; or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
All fees are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Billing is handled via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All charges are final as set out in our Refund Policy.
All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by us remain the exclusive property of NOKTA DIJITAL LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your internal business purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOKTA DIJITAL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
